Below you’ll find everything you need to know for the Threefoot Festival Vendor Market on Saturday, April 18th. If anything’s unclear or you have other questions, please let us know. Booth Numbers, Maps, and Parking
Setup and Event Information
Setup & Event Times

You may setup your vendor booth from 6:00 AM – 8:45 AM on Saturday, April 18th.

Threefoot Festival will be open to the public from 9:00 AM until 3:30 PM.

Vendors are only permitted on Saturday, April 18th. We do not allow vendors to set up on Friday (excluding pre-approved food vendors).
Arrival & Access Routes

Vendors will enter off of 8th Street onto 23rd Avenue to access their booth locations. If you accidentally enter from 22nd Avenue, turn onto 8th Street and then left onto 23rd at the parking garage. A team member will assist with check-in.

Food & Beverage vendors should enter on 24th Avenue off of 8th Street.
Unloading & Parking

Vendors may unload at their booth location, but all vehicles must be moved before 8:45 AM.

Several designated parking areas are available (see festival map).

Food & Beverage vendors: drop trailers/unload quickly and move vehicles to designated parking.

Due to city restrictions, all access will close sharply at 8:45 AM. Make sure to move your vehicle by this time.
Booth Placement & Setup

There will be ample space between booths. As long as your tent does not exceed the dimensions of your requested booth space, your tent will fit comfortably within your designated space.

You are responsible for your entire display (tents, tables, chairs, etc.).

All tents must be properly weighted and preferably white.

Electricity is only available for food and beverage vendors.
Food & Beverage Specific Info

Food & Beverage vendors will not have assigned booth numbers and should report to the designated area on 7th Street upon arrival.

The City of Meridian will direct food truck placement based on electrical needs.

In light of Coca-Cola's sponsorship of Threefoot Festival, we ask that any soda products sold be Coca-Cola products.
During the Event

A representative must be present at your booth for the entire event (9:00 AM – 3:30 PM).

An information tent will be located on the sidewalk between the festival stage and the Doughboy Monument.

Be prepared for inclement weather, the festival will take place rain or shine.
