Vendor Application: Artists & Crafters

We’re excited to welcome a diverse and talented group of artists and crafters to the 2026 Threefoot Festival, where creativity takes center stage in the heart of downtown Meridian. Each year, the festival celebrates original work, craftsmanship, and artistic expression, and we’re grateful for the role our vendors play in creating this vibrant experience!

If you’re interested in being an artist or crafter vendor at the Threefoot Festival, please review the information below and submit your application. Once applications are reviewed, selected vendors will receive additional details regarding booth assignments, event logistics, and day-of information. 

Application Fees

Artists

$85 | Single Booth (10' x 10' space)

$150 | Double Booth (10' x 20' space)

Crafters

$75 | Single Booth (10' x 10' space)

$150 | Double Booth (10' x 20' space)

Facilities & Setup Information

  • Vendor booths will be setup on SATURDAY ONLY and must be staffed and open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tables, chairs, tents, decorations, signage, and any necessary display materials.

  • Electricity will not be available.

  • All tents must be properly weighted and are preferred to be white in color.

  • Please plan accordingly for weather conditions, as the Threefoot Festival is held rain or shine.

Reporting Sales & Paying Taxes

The reporting of all sales, as well as the reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, is the sole responsibility of the vendor. All vendors must provide a valid tax identification number or submit a Social Security number for approval.

By signing below and submitting this application, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:


  • The undersigned does hereby and forever discharge the City of Meridian, the Meridian Council for the Arts, and the Threefoot Festival Committee of and from all manner of actions, suits, claims, and demands whatsoever in a law or equity from any loss or damage to the undersigned property while in the possession, supervision, or auspices of the Meridian Council for the Arts and the Threefoot Festival Committee, its members, agents, representatives, or employees. A signed contract/application indicates an acceptance of the rules and regulations of the Meridian Council for the Arts and the Threefoot Festival Committee. The respective committee reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules. The undersigned has read and complies with the rules and guidelines of this application.

  • The Threefoot Festival Committee will execute a marketing plan to include print, media, television, radio, billboards, and social media. Your participation in this event acknowledges the possible use of your images and images of your work. You may be contacted for interviews or comments for advertising purposes.


  • Submittal of this application does not guarantee acceptance into this event. The Meridian Council for the Arts reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its discretion. Applicants who are not selected to participate will receive a full refund.


  • No refunds will be given for vendor cancellation.
