Application: Nonprofit Organizations

Nonprofit organizations play an important role in strengthening our community, and the Threefoot Festival is proud to provide space for organizations that serve, support, and inspire others. Eligible nonprofit organizations are invited to reserve a free booth to share their mission, raise awareness, and connect with festival attendees. Participating organizations may distribute materials that promote their cause and community impact.

Nonprofit Organizations may set up a booth at the Threefoot Festival free of charge!

​Facilities & Setup Information

  • Booths will be setup on SATURDAY ONLY and must be staffed and open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • You are responsible for your own setup, including tables, chairs, tents, decorations, signage, and any display materials.

  • Electricity will not be available.

  • All tents must be properly weighted and are preferred to be white in color.

  • Please plan accordingly for weather conditions, as the Threefoot Festival is held rain or shine.

By signing and submitting this application, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 


  • The undersigned does hereby and forever discharge the City of Meridian, the Meridian Council for the Arts and the Threefoot Festival Committee of and from all manner of actions, suits, claims and demands whatsoever in a law or equity from any loss or damage to the undersigned property, while in the possession, supervision, or auspices of the Meridian Council for the Arts and the Threefoot Festival Committee, its members, agents, representatives, or employees. A signed contract/application indicates an acceptance of the rules and regulations of the Meridian Council for the Arts and the Threefoot Festival Committee. The respective committee reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules.

  • The Threefoot Festival Committee will execute a marketing plan to include print media, television, radio, billboards, and social media.  Your participation in this event acknowledges the possible use of your images and images of your work. You may be contacted for interviews or comments for advertising purposes.

  • Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. The Meridian Arts Council reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its discretion.
