Vendor Application: Commercial Businesses
Local businesses are an important part of what makes our community thrive, and the Threefoot Festival offers a unique opportunity to connect directly with thousands of attendees in the heart of downtown Meridian!
Commercial businesses are invited to reserve a booth to showcase their products or services, build brand awareness, and engage with the community in a lively festival setting. Participation in the Threefoot Festival allows businesses to increase visibility, make meaningful connections, and be part of one of Meridian’s most anticipated annual events.
Application Fees

$75 | Single Booth (10' x 10' space)

Facilities & Setup Information

Vendor booths will be setup on SATURDAY ONLY and must be staffed and open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tables, chairs, tents, decorations, signage, and any necessary display materials.

Electricity will not be available.

All tents must be properly weighted and are preferred to be white in color.

Please plan accordingly for weather conditions, as the Threefoot Festival is held rain or shine.
