Threefoot Mile Race

The annual Threefoot Mile Race will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026 at 6:00 PM. The race will kick off at the Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center courtyard and finish between Threefoot Brewery and City Hall Lawn. A trolley will be available after the race to transport participants back to Baptist Anderson.

Packet pickup will be held on Thursday, April 16 from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Baptist Healthplex – Anderson, located on the bottom floor of the parking deck at Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center. Race day registration will be available at the Baptist Healthplex – Anderson front desk.

Registration is $30 online through March 31 and $35 after. Baptist Healthplex – Anderson members can register at the fitness center for $25 through March 31. T-shirts are not guaranteed for registrations after March 31.
