We celebrate and appreciate the creativity that each of our vendors brings to this event. Below, you will find all of the information you need to know for Saturday, April 20, including setup information, booth numbers and locations, parking areas, and maps. Booth Numbers, Locations, and Parking
Below you will find two maps. The first is the vendor map, which includes booth numbers and locations. The second map is the festival map, which includes the layout of Threefoot Festival and shows the designated vendor parking areas in green.
Setup and Facilities Information
Setup for Threefoot Festival will begin at 6:00 AM on Saturday, April 20th.

Vendors are only permitted at Threefoot Festival on Saturday, April 20th. We do not allow vendors to set up on Friday. (Please note that this excludes the three pre-approved food vendors who have already been contacted.)

Vendors may unload at the location of their booth, but all vehicles must be moved before 8:00 AM. We have several designated parking areas available for vendors.

Access Route: Vendors will enter off of 8th Street onto 23rd Avenue to access their booth locations. If you inadvertently enter from 22nd Avenue, simply turn onto 8th Street and then left onto 23rd at the parking garage. A member of our team will be stationed there to assist with check-in.

Booth Spacing: Rest assured, there will be ample space between each booth for tent setup. As long as your tent does not exceed the dimensions of your requested booth size (single booths are 10x10, double booths are 10x20), it will fit comfortably within your designated space.

Food Trucks are not assigned a booth number. They should report to their area on 7th Street. The City of Meridian will be onsite to direct food trucks where to park based on their electricity requirements.

Special Note for Food Vendors: In light of Coca-Cola's sponsorship of the Threefoot Festival, we kindly request that any soda products you sell be Coca-Cola products.
Threefoot Festival will be open to the public from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

It is required that you have someone present at your booth for the entire duration of the event to engage with attendees and showcase your offerings.
You are responsible for your entire display, we do not provide tents, tables, chairs, etc.

All tents must be weighted properly​, and are preferred to be white in color

Electricity is only available to food truck vendors
Be prepared for inclement weather- the festival will be held rain or shine!​

Please note: Threefoot Festival will execute a marketing plan to include print media, television, radio, billboards, and social media. Your participation in this event acknowledges the possible use of your images and images of your work. You may be contacted for interviews or comments for advertising purposes.​​
